Neil Jansen is a seasoned human capital strategist and certified director with more than 30 years of executive and governance experience across major organisations in Southern Africa. He is the Founder of Abundance Talent Hub, specialising in leadership development, remuneration governance, and strategic human capital advisory.

He has held senior executive roles, including Group HR Director at Lewis Group, General Manager: HR at Media24, and leadership positions within Transnet. His governance experience spans multiple boards and committees, including his current roles as Independent Trustee of the Independent Development Trust, Chairperson of the Boland TVET College Council, and committee member within the Council on Higher Education. He also chairs the Social & Ethics Committee and HRREMCO at Saldanha Freeport. Mr Jansen holds advanced qualifications including an MBL (UNISA), MPhil in Management Coaching (Stellenbosch), and the Certified Director designation from the Institute of Directors in South Africa. He is additionally registered as a Master HR Practitioner (SABPP) and Master Mentor (COMENSA).

He brings to the board deep expertise in organisational performance, remuneration governance, leadership development, and ethical oversight.
