Mulalo Razwinani is an admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa with over 20 years’ experience in company secretariat practice and corporate governance across public entities, state‑owned companies, and private sector organisations.
Mr Razwinani brings extensive experience in executive and committee administration, director induction and performance evaluation, statutory compliance, and the oversight of enterprise risk management frameworks. He has held Company Secretary positions at several prominent organisations, including the Premier Soccer League, Road Traffic Management Corporation, South African National Blood Service (SANBS), Umgeni Water, Centlec (Pty) Ltd, Sun International Limited.
He holds a BIuris and LLB degree from the University of KwaZulu‑Natal, a Postgraduate Diploma in International and African Regional Law, and additional qualifications in Strategic Management, Corporate Governance, Advanced Corporate and Securities Law, and Executive Development from UNISA and the Graduate School of Business Leadership. He has also completed programmes in thought leadership and African political economy through the Thabo Mbeki African Leadership Institute.
