Adv. Lindelwa Ndziba is an accomplished legal and human capital executive with extensive experience in corporate governance, public sector finance, IT governance, and ethical leadership. With more than two decades of leadership across national government, regulatory entities, and state‑owned institutions, she has built strong expertise in governance compliance, strategic human resources, and organisational performance.
She has held senior executive roles including Chief Human Capital Officer and Corporate Services Executive at the Mine Health and Safety Council, and General Manager: Human Resources at the Council for Medical Schemes. Her earlier leadership roles span the Departments of Home Affairs and Human Settlements. Adv. Ndziba brings substantial board and committee experience, currently serving on the boards and governance committees of entities such as SANSA and SAMWUMED, and previously contributing to SAMSA, MerSETA, and the Immigration Board. Her work consistently supports ethical conduct, sound remuneration governance, and effective oversight. She is an Advocate of the High Court and has completed multiple governance and leadership programmes.
