Persely Msingathi Madokwe is an accomplished business leader and legal practitioner with over four decades of experience spanning financial services, broadcasting, management, and law. He joined First National Bank (FNB) in July 1982, progressing through various roles that provided him with extensive financial management experience.

Throughout his career, he has continued to expand his academic and professional credentials by obtaining a Business Management Diploma, a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom), and LLB.  He was admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa in November 2019. He is currently the Director of Madokwe Incorporated, a legal practice he has led since March 2020.In October 2019, he was appointed Non‑Executive Director of African Exploration Mining Finance Corporation.  

He provides the CEF Board a wealth of expertise in governance, financial oversight, legal strategy, and stakeholder management.
